Grant Watling was appointed as VP Customer Success and Service Delivery in October 2015 having previously lead the Advisory division of HICX. The new role was created to inspire customer success across HICX and encompasses responsibility for Advisory, Implementation, User Adoption, Support, Account Management, and Business Process Outsourcing Services.
